We Believe In Committing to our Community
Donating more than just finances
At Americrane, giving back means getting involved—and staying involved. Owner and founder Jim Robertson proudly serves on the board of the Boys & Girls Clubs of San Antonio, helping to shape programs that create real opportunities for local youth. As a company, we regularly support community initiatives like the San Antonio Rodeo through fundraising efforts, sponsorships, and volunteer time. One event especially close to our hearts is the Boys & Girls Club’s annual Trades Day, where we have the chance to introduce young people to the world of construction and skilled trades. From building projects alongside the kids to sharing hands-on demonstrations, we aim to spark curiosity and inspire future careers in the trades. For us, it’s more than community service—it’s a chance to invest in the next generation and help strengthen the fabric of the communities we call home.
Committing to Our Heros
Supporting veterans and military families isn’t just a cause—it’s a core part of who we are. Through partnerships with organizations like Warrior Health Foundation and Hope for Heroes, Americrane is proud to give back to those who’ve served by supporting their recovery, reintegration, and long-term success. We actively seek to hire veterans, recognizing the leadership, discipline, and work ethic they bring to the job. From fundraising events and community outreach to career development and mentorship, we’re committed to creating real opportunities for service members and their families. Our involvement goes beyond donations—we show up, stay engaged, and work directly with organizations making a lasting difference. By investing in veterans today, we’re building a stronger, more capable workforce and honoring the values that have always guided our company: service, integrity, and commitment to something greater than ourselves.
